Accepted Student Day at West Chester University of Pennsylvania is your opportunity to experience what it truly means to be a Golden Ram. This immersive day is designed to help you explore campus with intention, connect with the people who will shape your journey, and see how your academic and personal goals come to life here.

With a blend of your major specific session, campus tours, student involvement opportunities, and direct access to key resources, you can create a visit that reflects your interests, answers your questions, and gives you the confidence to take your next step at WCU.

Log into the Admissions Portal to Register for Accepted Student Day

Highlights of Accepted Student Day:

• Tour campus
• Residence Hall Previews
• Meet with professors and hear more about your area of study
• Explore student resources, supports, and opportunities on campus
• Walk-ins welcome at the Financial Aid Office, Dub-C Autism Program, and Campus Bookstore
• Connect with the Undergraduate Admissions team
• Plus free WCU swag, fun and more!

PARKING

Complimentary parking is available in three campus lots and garages.

To make your arrival easier, parking locations are recommended based on your major and where your first session takes place. Check your Accepted Student Day Reminder email (to be sent on 4/17) for your recommended parking location. It will be one of the following:

• New Street Parking Garage
  707 S. New Street
  
  
• K Lot
  105 Norfolk Ave (behind Sykes Student Union building)
  
  
• Sharpless Parking Garage
  25 Sharpless St

Street parking is managed by the Borough of West Chester and requires hourly payment. If you choose to park on the street, you must pay at a kiosk or through the Flowbird Parking app (Zone 1).

CHECK-IN AND ARRIVAL

New! Student mobile check-in is available once you arrive on campus. The check-in link will be sent via text when you are on campus. Student mobile check-in begins at 8:30 a.m.

Breakfast or early bird campus tours begin at 9 a.m.  Academic Presentations begin at 9:30 a.m.  Please refer to the Accepted Student Day Agenda for specific sessions and locations (email to be sent on 4/17).

Accepted Student Day concludes by 1:00pm.
