Pennyslvania State System of Higher Education Dashboards

The Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) Chancellor’s Office provides a variety of dashboards related to student recruitment, enrollment, persistence, graduation, workforce outcomes, and campus climate. For more information, please visit the PASSHE System Data website.

 

WCU Student Enrollment Management Dashboards

(faculty/staff login required)

The WCU Enrollment Management dashboards provide longitudinal information related to admissions, enrollment, scheduling, retention, and completion of degrees and certificates. The information is gathered by the Office of Institutional Research. To request access to the Enrollment Management Dashboards, please visit the ServiceNow portal and follow the steps outlined in the Access Report Documentation

 

WCU Student Health and Wellness Dashboard

(faculty/staff login required)

The WCU Health and Wellness dashboard provides longitudinal data on student well-being, basic needs, mental health, and alcohol and substance use. The information dates back to 2009. Data is gathered from the Healthy Minds Study, HOPE Center Student Basic Needs Survey, National College Health Assessment, and the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education Alcohol and Other Drug Survey. WCU Connect, Belong and Engage Dashboard

(faculty/staff login required)
The WCU Connect, Belong, Engage (CBE) Dashboard provides longitudinal information about student experiences related to the Division of Student Affairs themes, Connect, Belong and Engage. The data is gathered on a regular basis from the National Survey of Student Engagement and dates back to 2014. WCU Experiential Learning Dashboard

The WCU Experiential Learning dashboard provides longitudinal data beginning in 2023 on student engagement in experiential learning activities (e.g., clinicals, internships, student teaching, volunteering). This data is gathered annually through WCU’s Experiential Learning Survey.  Information can be sorted by the survey year, undergraduate and graduate status, and college. WCU Career Outcomes Dashboard

The WCU Career Outcomes Dashboard provides longitudinal information about students' plans for after graduation (e.g., employers, graduate schools, salaries, locations). The information has been compiled annually since 2019 and is pulled from a variety of sources, including the Next Up Survey. Results can be sorted by the survey year, undergraduate and graduate student status, college and major. To learn more, please contact the Twardowski Career Development Center.
