Brian J. Halsey is the Coordinator of West Chester University's nationally ranked MBA program. A recognized legal scholar, he drove the program's initial national ranking, online transition, and a 500% enrollment growth during his tenure as Graduate Director of the College of Business and Public Management. He continues to serve as the MBA Coordinator and the university's senior professor of business law.
