Bio
Dr. Jordan Schugar teaches courses in the English and Digital Humanities programs. His research interests include digital storytelling, digital literacy, eTexts/eBooks/eTextbooks, active learning spaces, and mobile pedagogies. Currently, he facilitates a campus-wide equitable and inclusive course design initiative, and participates in a Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education eTextbook grant (PA-ADOPT) funded by the U.S. Department of Education to create and promote free, open access course materials. In 2013, he was named an Apple Distinguished Educator.
