Curriculum Vitae
Rachel Lee Anemone is a classical pianist, collaborative artist, and educator based in West Chester, Pennsylvania. She has performed at Carnegie Hall, the Academy of Music, Roussel Hall, and has been featured in live broadcast on WRTI 90.1 FM, performing works by J.S. Bach, Rodion Shchedrin/Mikhail Pletnev, and Alexander Scriabin.
Rachel is a recipient of the Jacobs Music Steinway Award and maintains an active career as a performer, teacher, and collaborative pianist. She serves as Music Director at Episcopal Church of the Trinity in Coatesville and as a staff accompanist and chamber music coach for the Philadelphia International Music Festival, where she works closely with members of The Philadelphia Orchestra.
Rachel holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Piano Performance from Temple University, where she studied with Dr. Charles Abramovic. She also earned her Master of Music degree from Temple in 2021. She received her Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance, summa cum laude, from West Chester University, where she studied with Dr. Igor Resnianski.
